Beginner's Course

The ideal starting point for anyone looking to break into photography. In just a few days, you’ll understand your camera, master exposure, harness natural light and compose stunning shots. We’ll also cover posing, editing basics and real-life shooting so you graduate with both knowledge and confidence to launch your journey as a photographer. This class is for absolute beginners with no prior experience.

What You’ll Learn:

• How your camera actually works; settings, lenses, sensors and handling

• Exposure, aperture, ISO and shutter speed (how to control them)

• Understanding natural light and how to use it creatively

• Focus techniques, framing, composition, angles and storytelling

• Working with subjects and posing fundamentals

• Planning simple photoshoots and choosing locations

• Practical guided shoots with real-time coaching

• File handling, backup, organisation and basic editing workflow

The Academy operates a cohort-based physical learning model.

We offer different courses at different times of the year, each tailored to a specific level of creative growth.

Every cohort runs independently, with its own start date, structure, duration and very limited slots.

Enrollment is time-bound and closes once a cohort is filled so its highly advised to reserve a seat way ahead.

Advanced Portrait Photography Course

Step into the world of high-level portrait photography where every detail matters. You’ll learn how to control light indoors and outdoors, build powerful setups, direct subjects and create timeless images that stand out anywhere. With hands-on shoots, pro-level retouching and portfolio development, you'll learn how to create art that commands respect and higher pay.

What You’ll Learn:

• How to interpret client briefs and turn ideas into strong visual concepts

• Moodboarding, referencing, basic set design and pre-production planning

• Working effectively with stylists, makeup artists and models on set

• Understanding natural light, artificial light and how they behave

• Studio lighting fundamentals and advanced creative lighting setups

• Outdoor lighting techniques

• Directing, posing and communicating with subjects professionally

• Photoshop & Capture One workflow, Retouching and colour grading

• Building consistency, organisation and a strong creative portfolio

Business of Creativity Course

This course is the playbook for turning passion into profit.
